Delivery
Delivery is calculated from the products in your bag. When rates differ, only the highest product rate applies. Delivery is complimentary when the merchandise total reaches $79.80 AUD after discounts. The estimated delivery window is shown in your bag and again before payment. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer.

Returns
Unused, unwashed pieces in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the current return instructions and address.

Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this returns policy.
